Intimacy Coordination

I’m so pleased that the role of Intimacy Coordinator is a being seen as essential on tv/film productions. This goal of this position is to be a liaison between production and the performers, to ensure safety during the process of filming nudity, simulated sex, and intimate scenes.

For over 10 years, I have been dedicated to making conversations and experiences around consent, identity, and allyship less taboo and more easily digestible. I have also worked in the tv/film business for almost 20 years, both in front of, and behind the camera and have a vast knowledge of the inner-workings of tv/film production, including work as a wardrobe stylist, stand-in, actress, print model, and production assistant. This range of experiences creates the perfect blend of skills to help facilitate conversations around boundaries and safety, while also being a cheerleader for the creative process.
